In our second partnership with the Council, we were tasked with creating a digital platform to bring the citizens of Ajara closer to their government. Our mission was to facilitate direct communication with officials, enable citizens to follow the news, create and sign petitions, and even watch live council sessions.

The Supreme Council of Ajara recognized a pressing need for a modern, user-friendly platform that would allow citizens to engage with their government more effectively. They required a solution that would not only be efficient, but also accessible and intuitive for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Our Artmedia team used our expertise in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL to create a robust platform that offers a great user experience with easy navigation and access to modules.

1. Ask a Question to a Minister: This module allows citizens to submit questions directly to their ministers and receive timely answers, fostering open communication between the government and the public.
2. Sign or Create a Petition: Citizens can create petitions for issues they are passionate about and gather signatures from fellow citizens. They can also explore and sign petitions created by others, promoting civic engagement and empowerment.
3. Watch Live Council Sessions: Citizens can now watch live streaming of council sessions, providing them with direct insight into the decision-making process and promoting transparency in governance.
4. Schedule a Meeting with a Deputy: The platform enables users to request and schedule meetings with their local deputies, strengthening the connection between citizens and their representatives.
5. Other Online Services: We integrated various online services, such as paying taxes and accessing public records, into the platform to make it a one-stop solution for Ajara's citizens.
   
   Our collaboration with The Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Ajara has resulted in a useful digital platform that empowers citizens and encourages their active participation in the democratic process. We are confident that this platform will serve as a valuable tool for the people of Ajara and further strengthen the bond between the government and its citizens.
